In 2016, 263 Group and NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone - one of the world's largest telecom operators) jointly invested in a joint venture company in China to setup and introduce NTT's high-end data center Nexcenter. Together we jointly developed high-end data-center and IaaS markets in China.

The first Nexcenter data center in China was officially launched in 2017, and Nexcenter Cloud started operation at the end of 2018.
